CoCo Yachts – YaGuang Technology sign a contract for two Coastal Cruisers 400 with WuZhiZhou Island

CoCo Yachts is very pleased to announce an order placed by WuZhiZhou Island for two aluminium medium speed passenger ferries for the further upgrade of their passenger ferry fleet.

The new vessel will run between Haitang Bay, Sanya Hainan to Wuzhizhou island, a popular tourist attraction.

The Coastal Cruiser is based on the Coastal Cruiser 356, of which currently are two under construction. The ferries are designed and will be built in accordance with China Classification Society 2017. The hull has been designed and optimized by using the in house HPC cluster, running Numeca FineMarine CFD software, in order to achieve the best possible performance. Not only the resistance has been optimized for the highest possible efficiency, also seakeeping at  service speed has been optimized.

The interior design will be simple, yet comfortable for passengers, with low noise and vibrations levels, big side windows and high capacity air conditioning system with indirect air out system.

The Coastal Cruisers 400 will be delivered to WuZhiZhou island Q4 - 2019.
